SHIPPING POLICY:
Once an item is in the hands of USPS, UPS or any mail carrier service we are no longer responsible and cannot replace products marked as Delivered. If a package is marked as Delivered, and you don't see it: check with your mail carrier, family members, and neighbors or call or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number. Once marked as Delivered, the carrier deems the service complete and Han Cholo no longer has any access and we are unable to submit inquiries or claims. The customer must pursue the package locally and Han Cholo is not responsible for sending a replacement.

International Tax & Duties
Our international shipping cost DOES NOT include any applicable international tax and duties. The purchaser is responsible for paying import duties, customs fees, and taxes. All international packages are shipped as “duties and taxes unpaid” and we do not collect any VAT fees. If your order requires any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees, they must be paid by you to receive your package.
Han Cholo has no control over your package once is has entered an international country. The country’s customs agents have the right to release or deny your package, which may delay shipping time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SHADOW SERIES:We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package on all unworn jewelry for STORE CREDIT only.
You may exchange any unworn pieces from hancholo.com within 7 days of receiving your package. If you purchased your item at an authorized retailer please contact them for further assistance.
To return or exchange your item, please contact shop@hancholo.com with your order number and details regarding the nature of your return or exchange. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. Once we have received your return or exchange we will notify you of the approval or rejection for your return or exchange.
For any damaged pieces, please contact shop@hancholo.com with a photo of the damaged item with any details regarding the damaged piece, and we’ll arrange for an exchange.
PRECIOUS METALS:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Precious Metals Pieces. However, we offer a lifetime
guarantee on all Precious Metals pieces. If you need to have a Precious Metals item re-plated or re-sized, please contact shop@hancholo.com for more information and we will let you know what we can do for you.
