EU Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Han Cholo of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by:

• Initiating a return through your customer account on our website; or

• Contacting us at shop@hancholo.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Returning Your Order

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.

Returned items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

• Include all original packaging, inserts, and accompanying materials

• Be returned with proof of purchase

Han Cholo reserves the right to reduce a refund where the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions From the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Made-to-order precious metal jewelry

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Earrings, due to hygiene and health protection reasons

• Products that have been altered, damaged, or worn after delivery

These exclusions are applied in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to Han Cholo.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Han Cholo is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, Han Cholo will process any eligible refund without undue delay.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Han Cholo may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until evidence of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at shop@hancholo.com and include photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
