International Tax & Duties
Our international shipping cost DOES NOT include any applicable international tax and duties. The purchaser is responsible for paying import duties, customs fees, and taxes. All international packages are shipped as “duties and taxes unpaid” and we do not collect any VAT fees. If your order requires any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees, they must be paid by you to receive your package.
Han Cholo has no control over your package once is has entered an international country. The country’s customs agents have the right to release or deny your package, which may delay shipping time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGESSHADOW SERIES:
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package on all unworn jewelry for STORE CREDIT only.
You may exchange any unworn pieces from hancholo.com within 7 days of receiving your package. If you purchased your item at an authorized retailer please contact them for further assistance.
To return or exchange your item, please contact email@example.com with your order number and details regarding the nature of your return or exchange. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. Once we have received your return or exchange we will notify you of the approval or rejection for your return or exchange.
For any damaged pieces, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item with any details regarding the damaged piece, and we’ll arrange for an exchange.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Precious Metals Pieces. However, we offer a lifetime
guarantee on all Precious Metals pieces. If you need to have a Precious Metals item re-plated or re-sized, please contact email@example.com for more information and we will let you know what we can do for you.
