Domestic Return Policy
Han Cholo offers free exchanges or returns on eligible items for store credit. Shipping fees are not included in this credit. All eligible Han Cholo items may be returned or exchanged up to seven (7) days from the date posted as delivered. All items must be in pristine condition and include all original packaging elements.

International Return Policy
International orders are not eligible for exchange. Han Cholo items may be returned for store credit at the cost of the customer, and in that store credit, shipping costs will not be included.All eligible Han Cholo items may be returned or exchanged up to seven (7) days from the date posted as delivered. Update/Cancel an Order
Order cancellation is not guaranteed. Make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order.
If you ordered the wrong item, or entered the wrong shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible HERE.
We strive to ship orders as fast as possible, and we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop the order before it ships.Sale Items
- Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange.
Pre-Order Items
- Pre-Order items are not eligible for discount or included in site-wide sales.
- Pre-order items can be canceled, excluding those items that are made to order. (Precious Metals)
Non-Delivery & Claims
- We are not responsible for denied, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. Incomplete or incorrectly addressed deliveries can be shipped again at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.
- We are not responsible for replacing products marked as Delivered. If a package is marked as Delivered, and you don’t see it: check with your mail carrier, your family members, and your neighbors Call or visit your local post office and inquire with the tracking number. Once marked as Delivered, USPS has deems the service complete and Han Cholo no longer has any access and we are unable to submit inquiries or claims. The customer must pursue the package locally and Han Cholo is not responsible for sending a replacement.
- Per USPS’s current policies, postage claims are no longer able to be filed.
- Han Cholo will not refund shipping costs for slow or “late” delivery.
PRECIOUS METALS
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Precious Metals Pieces.
Although we do not accept returns on precious metals items, we do offer a lifetime guarantee.
If you need to have a Precious Metals item re-plated or re-sized, please contact shop@hancholo.com for more information and we will let you know what we can do for you.
What if I ordered my Precious Metals piece in the wrong size?
We offer a resizing service for precious metal pieces within .5 sizes of your original order size.
Each ring is different, and we may be able to accommodate a higher size jump for specific pieces. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions.
The resizing fee is $30, and you’ll need to cover the shipping cost to send the item back to us.
To avoid sizing issues, we strongly recommend purchasing a ring sizer or visiting a jeweler to confirm your size before placing your order.
STAINLESS STEEL
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package on all unworn jewelry for STORE CREDIT only.
You may exchange any unworn pieces from hancholo.com within (7) days of receiving your package. If you purchased your item at an authorized retailer please contact them for further assistance.
If you are requesting an exchange, you MUST provide the size you would like to exchange your original item for in the notes section.

For any damaged pieces, please contact shop@hancholo.com with a photo of the damaged item with any details regarding the damaged piece, and we’ll arrange for an exchange.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Earrings and all pierced Jewelry are final sale.
- EARRINGS and ALL PIERCED JEWELRY are FINAL sale. These items can not be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons.
- SALE ITEMS are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged
- CUSTOM PIECES (Precious Metals Pieces) are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged

At Han Cholo, we don’t allow returns or cancellations just to snag a discount code or a sale price after the fact. We’re proud of the jewelry we create and want you to love it, too. But hey, we’re a small, independent crew (and real humans), so we reserve the right to refuse service if someone’s being disrespectful, abusive, or acting shady. Let’s keep it cool and classy!
