Pre-Order Items

• Pre-Order items are not eligible for discount or included in site-wide sales.
• Pre-order items can be canceled, excluding those items that are made to order. (Precious Metals)

• We are not responsible for denied, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. Incomplete or incorrectly addressed deliveries can be shipped again at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.
• We are not responsible for replacing products marked as Delivered. If a package is marked as Delivered, and you don’t see it: check with your mail carrier, your family members, and your neighbors Call or visit your local post office and inquire with the tracking number. Once marked as Delivered, USPS has deems the service complete and Han Cholo no longer has any access and we are unable to submit inquiries or claims. The customer must pursue the package locally and Han Cholo is not responsible for sending a replacement.
• Per USPS’s current policies, postage claims are no longer able to be filed.
• Han Cholo will not refund shipping costs for slow or “late” delivery.

If you need to have a Precious Metals item re-plated or re-sized, please contact shop@hancholo.com for more information and we will let you know what we can do for you. 

We offer a resizing service for precious metal pieces within .5 sizes of your original order size.

Each ring is different, and we may be able to accommodate a higher size jump for specific pieces. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions.

The resizing fee is $30, and you’ll need to cover the shipping cost to send the item back to us.

To avoid sizing issues, we strongly recommend purchasing a ring sizer or visiting a jeweler to confirm your size before placing your order.

You may exchange any unworn pieces from hancholo.com within (7) days of receiving your package. If you purchased your item at an authorized retailer please contact them for further assistance.

For any damaged pieces, please contact shop@hancholo.com with a photo of the damaged item with any details regarding the damaged piece, and we’ll arrange for an exchange.
