This product is great, I love it. But I'm here to talk about Han Cholo's approach to me during the sale. I ordered this product immediately after they were robbed, and the whole reason I even ordered the piece was to try to do my part in helping them out in whatever minor way that I could. Honestly I didn't even expect them to fulfill the order, and told them as much — I just wanted them to have the money. But a real human communicated with me via email, and they STILL fulfilled my order, QUICKLY, despite the crushing blow their company had just been dealt. Really every experience I've had with the people over there, whether in simple IG comment threads or this order process, has been nothing but perfection. Next time I have a little disposable income I'm definitely buying some more stuff. Thanks, HC.
